Remove the Puris from the bag and deep fry in pre heated oil until brown in colour.
- Make sure you are frying direct from frozen and the Puris are not thawed.
- Oil Temperature – If the temperature of the Oil is too hot, the Puris will brown too quickly and not puff up. If the oil is not hot enough, they won’t puff up either. Start with heating the Oil at high. Remove one Puri from the bag & deep fry. If the dough rises quickly, then you know the optimal temperature (180 degrees Celsius) is reached. Now reduce the heat to Medium-High & start the process of frying other Puris.
