| Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees. |
| In a large bowl, add wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix until everything is well combined. Set this aside. |
| In another bowl, add butter and powdered jaggery. Use a hand mixer and mix well |
| Add milk and mix until combined. |
| Add in the flour-oats mixture. Mix until it all combines together. |
| Add in the walnuts and mix well. Ensure the dough is slightly wet and sticky. |
| Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it to make a round. |
| Repeat with remaining dough and make all the cookies. |
| Arrange all the cookies on butter paper/baking sheet. |
| Bake at 380 degrees for 20-22 minutes. |
| Remove the Oats Jaggery Cookies from the oven and let it cool. |
| Once cooled, store them in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you crave for one. |
