|1 cup Organic Tattva wheat flour
|1 cup rolled oats
|3/4 teaspoon baking powder
|3/4 teaspoon Organic Tattva cardamom
|3/4 teaspoon Organic Tattva cinnamon
|1/4 teaspoon Natural Rock Salt
|1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
|3/4 cup Organic Tattva jaggery powder
|2-3 tablespoons milk
|1/4 cup chopped Organic Tattva walnuts
|Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees.
|In a large bowl, add wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix until everything is well combined. Set this aside.
|In another bowl, add butter and powdered jaggery. Use a hand mixer and mix well
|Add milk and mix until combined.
|Add in the flour-oats mixture. Mix until it all combines together.
|Add in the walnuts and mix well. Ensure the dough is slightly wet and sticky.
|Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it to make a round.
|Repeat with remaining dough and make all the cookies.
|Arrange all the cookies on butter paper/baking sheet.
|Bake at 380 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
|Remove the Oats Jaggery Cookies from the oven and let it cool.
|Once cooled, store them in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you crave for one.
