Oats Jaggery Cookie
1 cup Organic Tattva wheat flour 1 cup rolled oats
3/4 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon Organic Tattva cardamom
3/4 teaspoon Organic Tattva cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon Natural Rock Salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature) 3/4 cup Organic Tattva jaggery powder
2-3 tablespoons milk 1/4 cup chopped Organic Tattva walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees.
In a large bowl, add wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix until everything is well combined. Set this aside.
In another bowl, add butter and powdered jaggery. Use a hand mixer and mix well
Add milk and mix until combined.
Add in the flour-oats mixture. Mix until it all combines together.
Add in the walnuts and mix well. Ensure the dough is slightly wet and sticky.
Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it to make a round.
Repeat with remaining dough and make all the cookies.
Arrange all the cookies on butter paper/baking sheet.
Bake at 380 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
Remove the Oats Jaggery Cookies from the oven and let it cool.
Once cooled, store them in an airtight container and enjoy whenever you crave for one.
