
| 1/3 cup Organic Tattva flaxseeds | 2/3 cup water/ milk |
| 2 tsp Organic Tattva sugar | 1 tsp Organic Tattva cinnamon powder |
| 1/2 cup strawberries or any other sliced fruit |
| Pour milk, organic ground flaxseeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup into a mason jar. |
| Shake well until mixed, cover and refrigerate overnight. |
