|1/3 cup Organic Tattva flaxseeds
|2/3 cup water/ milk
|2 tsp Organic Tattva sugar
|1 tsp Organic Tattva cinnamon powder
|1/2 cup strawberries or any other sliced fruit
|Pour milk, organic ground flaxseeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup into a mason jar.
|Shake well until mixed, cover and refrigerate overnight.
|By morning, it should be thick and creamy, if not, add more ground flaxseeds and refrigerate for another hour.
