
| 1 cup Organic Tattva Chickpeas soaked overnight | 2 tbsp Organic Tattva Besan |
| 1/2 Onion chopped finely | 3-4 tbsp Cilantro or Coriander leaves with stem |
| 3-4 Garlic Cloves | 1 Ginger |
| 1/2 tsp Organic Tattva Cumin Powder | 1/4 tsp Organic Tattva Coriander Powder |
| 1/4 tsp Organic Tattva Red Chilli Powder or 1 Green Chilli finely chopped | Pinch of Cardamom Powder |
| Pinch of baking soda (optional) | Salt to taste |
| Except besan, grind all the ingredients together in a mixer. |
| Add besan to the grounded mixture. |
| Make balls out of this mixture and deep fry. Keep the falafel balls aside. |
