Falafel with Hummus
1 cup Organic Tattva Chickpeas soaked overnight 2 tbsp Organic Tattva Besan
1/2 Onion chopped finely 3-4 tbsp Cilantro or Coriander leaves with stem
3-4 Garlic Cloves 1 Ginger
1/2 tsp Organic Tattva Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp Organic Tattva Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Organic Tattva Red Chilli Powder or 1 Green Chilli finely chopped Pinch of Cardamom Powder
Pinch of baking soda (optional) Salt to taste
Except besan, grind all the ingredients together in a mixer.
Add besan to the grounded mixture.
Make balls out of this mixture and deep fry. Keep the falafel balls aside.
