| 1. Soak the Kabuli Chana overnight. Drain and boil in fresh water till soft |
| 2. Cool and remove the skin and put them in a food processor container |
| 3. Add garlic, salt, tahini and blend after adding two tablespoons olive oil |
| 4. Add lemon juice and continue to blend till absolutely smooth |
| 5. Transfer into a serving bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator |
| 6. Drizzle remaining olive oil on top and sprinkle red chilli powder |
| 7. Place two to three whole Kabuli Chanas on top and serve |
