
| 2 cups all-purpose Organic flour | 1/2 cup Organic sugar |
| 3 teaspoons baking powder | 1/2 teaspoon Organic Tattva salt |
| 1 cup 2% milk | 1/4 cup butter, melted |
| 1/4 cup Organic Tattva honey |
| Preheat the oven at 200° celcius |
| Grease the muffin tray with unsalted butter or use paper lining |
| In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt |
| In a small bowl, whisk milk, butter and honey |
| Stir mixture into dry ingredients just until moistened |
| Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full |
| Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or for 15-18 minutes |
| Wait for 5 minutes before removing the muffins |
| Serve warm |
