
| 1 cup Organic Tattva Buckwheat flour | 1 tablespoon Organic Tattva Sugar (powdered) |
| 1 teaspoon baking powder | 1 teaspoon baking soda |
| ¼ Natural Tattva Salt | 1 ¼ cups buttermilk, shaken |
| ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract | 1 ½ teaspoon butter, for the skillet |
| In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt |
| In a liquid measuring cup, measure out the buttermilk and add vanilla extract |
| Once done, add it to the dry mixture and mix well until combined |
| Preheat the skillet over medium-low heat and brush with 1 ½ teaspoons of butter |
| Using a medium spoon, scoop the batter onto the warm skillet |
| Cook each side for approximately 2 to 3 minutes until the pancake is golden brown |
| Serve immediately with the topping of your choice |
