2 cups – Organic Tattva’s White Sonamasuri Rice | 1 cup – Organic Tattva’s Urad Dal Whole White |
1/2 tsp – Organic Tattva’s Fenugreek (Methi) seeds | 3 cups – Water |
2 tsp – Salt | 3 to 4 tsp – Poha |
1. Soak the sonamasrui rice, urad dal, methi seeds and poha in water for 5-6 hours |
2. Grind it into a fine mixture, then add salt and enough water to make a dropping consistency and leave to ferment 5-6 hours |
3. Heat the tawa, and add a little oil |
4. Pour a scoop of the batter on the tawa and allow it to cook on one side |
5. Flip it over to the other side and drizzle some oil again |
6. Flip it over once again and add the topping of green chillies |
