Rose Kheer
Milk – 2 ltr Organic Tattva Rice – 1/4 cup
Organic Tattva Sugar – 1/2 cup or as per taste Gulkand – 2 tbsp
Rose syrup – 3 tbsp Organic Tattva Raisins – handful
Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.
Add soaked rice and cook till rice is cooked & milk reduces to 1/4th & turns creamy in consistency.
Next add gulkand & rose syrup on cooling.
Serve chilled, garnish with rose petals & Organic Tattva raisins.
