1. Grind the cashews to a smooth powder. Then prepare a thick and consistent cashew paste by adding little water |
2. Take a shallow pan, heat it on medium flame and add some water in it. Add sugar and stir continuously until it is fully dissolved |
3. Heat the sugar syrup until it reaches to one string consistency. When ready, add the cashew powder |
4. Stir this mixture till it starts to thicken and remove it from the flame |
5. Transfer this cashew paste to a large plate and allow it to cool slightly. When cooled, knead the mixture well |
6. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin. Grease a plate with ghee and transfer this cashew dough on it. |
7. Gently roll the dough until it evenly spreads out on the plate. |
8. Let it cool completely and cut the dough in small diamond shapes. |
