Beetroot Pizza
1 – 1/2 cup Organic Tattva Rice Flour 2 – 1/2 Cup Organic Tattva Besan
3 – 1 Beetroot 4 – Mix Vegetables / Sprouts
5 – Oregano / Chilli Flakes / Cheese 6 – Organic Tattva Salt
1 – In a medium bowl, mix the rice flour and besan. Depending on the size of the Pizza base you want to prepare. Add salt to the mixture.
2 – Chop and Grind the beetroot with a few spoons of water.
3 – Add the beetroot puree into the flour mixture and make a thick batter or soft dough.
4 – Spread the batter / dough on a non stick pan and cook on medium flame till the pizza is semi cooked on both sides.
5 – Once cooked, add toppings of vegetables / sprouts.
6 – Sprinkle cheese and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes.
7 – Your Gluten – Free beetroot pizza is ready.
8 – Serve hot with Oregano and Chilli Flakes.
