1 – In a medium bowl, mix the rice flour and besan. Depending on the size of the Pizza base you want to prepare. Add salt to the mixture. |
2 – Chop and Grind the beetroot with a few spoons of water. |
3 – Add the beetroot puree into the flour mixture and make a thick batter or soft dough. |
4 – Spread the batter / dough on a non stick pan and cook on medium flame till the pizza is semi cooked on both sides. |
5 – Once cooked, add toppings of vegetables / sprouts. |
6 – Sprinkle cheese and cook on low flame for about 10 minutes. |
7 – Your Gluten – Free beetroot pizza is ready. |
8 – Serve hot with Oregano and Chilli Flakes. |
